Is there really no contract?
Correct. Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime, no penalties. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable once we've built your system.
What does "upgrade the next tier free" mean?
Your first full month on any tier, we'll include the features of the tier above at no extra cost. Good way to test the waters. Ends after month one unless you officially upgrade.
How fast is setup?
48 hours for Starter and Growth. 3-5 business days for Premium and Business (more integrations to wire up).
Will the AI work with my existing software?
Almost certainly. We integrate with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Square, Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce, and most major CRMs. If you use something custom, we'll confirm on your discovery call.
What happens if the AI can't handle a call?
It escalates. Emergencies and edge cases get routed to your on-call number immediately. You'll also get a Telegram notification with a transcript so you can follow up.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect the next billing cycle. Downgrades too — no penalty.
